You're Invited: #LegalizePsilocybin in New York

At the heart of our mission is our commitment to advancing and protecting the right to microdose.

In the spirit of that mission, we’re excited to share our collaboration with New Yorkers for Mental Health Alternatives as they advance a groundbreaking psilocybin legalization bill in New York.

This historic legislation opens the door to safe psilocybin access and, for the first time, includes microdosing (a major milestone in psychedelic policy). Even better, you can get involved with us in person!

Join us for an intimate dinner in New York City in support of New York’s psilocybin legalization bill 📣​

This evening will bring together visionary humans who believe in the power of psychedelics, aligned supporters, policy advocates, and donors for dinner, drinks, and roundtable conversations designed to educate, connect, and raise critical funds.

This special evening is a fundraiser, and proceeds from your ticket will directly help move this critical policy forward.

​This Legislation Aims To:

• ​Allow adults to obtain a permit to use psilocybin in private homes and locations. Public use allowed so long as it is not visibly intoxicating (microdosing)

• ​Require a health screening for exclusion criteria—either by self-certifying or with a healthcare provider to allow identification of (unnecessary) qualifying health conditions—and completion of a 5-hour un-failable educational course

• ​Legalize optional support services, including paid trip-sitters

• ​Permit home cultivation or purchases from licensed cultivators
