What's Next for Psychedelic Legalization?
Join us on June 3 for a live conversation with Ismail L Ali, Allison Hoots, and Joshua Kappel on the evolving landscape of psychedelic policy ⚖️
Psychedelic policy is actively evolving before our eyes
This year alone, we’ve seen federal signals like Trump’s executive order accelerate psychedelic research and FDA pathways, while states like New York continue pushing new models for access, including legislation like the “Medical Psilocybin Act.”
At the same time, at least 10 million Americans aren’t waiting. They’re already microdosing, and often outside of regulated frameworks.
So the question isn’t whether things are changing, but how that change shapes access: who it’s for, how it works, what happens when policy meets how people are already using these medicines, and how we build something that reflects both science and cultural reality.
