We’re Hiring a Community Director!

Help lead the voice, look, and heart of Microdosing Collective as we grow the movement 🍄

When we started Microdosing Collective more than 4 years ago, we had a simple belief:

People deserve safe, legal, and informed access to microdosing, and they deserve a community to learn and grow with.

Today, more than 10 million Americans microdose (RAND Report, 2025). Our community has grown to 20,000+ supporters. We’ve helped advance psychedelic policy, built free education, and recently hosted The Microdosing Summit, the first summit built entirely around low-dose psychedelic use.

Now we’re looking for someone to help carry this movement forward.

Meet our Next Community Director

The Community Director is the voice, look, and heart of Microdosing Collective. This person will shape how thousands of people first learn about microdosing, find trusted information, and feel part of something bigger.

In short, if our community sees it, reads it, or joins it, it comes from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead our brand and creative. Guide the MC look, voice, and storytelling across every channel, from graphics and decks to event branding and campaigns.

  • Run our digital home. Manage our website, newsletter, email platform, and the tools that keep our community, donors, and events connected.

  • Grow our social presence. Own our social strategy and content, and do it in a way that keeps our accounts safe within platform rules for psychedelic content.

  • Build community. Connect with our national community online and in person, share our monthly WhatsApp bulletin, and help shape the guest experience at our events.

  • Lead public education. Host our webinar series, bring in leading voices from research, clinical practice, policy, and lived experience, and grow our library of free resources, alongside The Microdosing Manual.

Who You Are

  • A creative with a strong eye who can lead a brand

  • A strong writer who can move between a newsletter, a caption, and a sponsor deck

  • You can turn ideas into polished social posts, decks, and designed materials

  • Comfortable with websites, email platforms, CRMs, and social media

  • A warm community builder and a clear, confident communicator

  • Someone who has produced webinars, programs, or events and loves the guest-facing side

  • Energized by a small, mostly volunteer team and founders who stay involved

  • Passionate about psychedelic policy, harm reduction, and mental health access

  • Self-directed, and someone who sees things through
