Our Mid-Year Microdosing Recap
+ Free webinar replay: Microdosing vs. SSRIs and the future of depression treatment with psychiatrist & neuroscientist Dr. Dave Rabin š§

2025 is already shaping up to be an expansive year for the microdosing movement
In the spirit of reflection and celebration, weāre excited to share a few highlights from the Microdosing Collective world in the first half of 2025 š
Our Mid-Year Microdosing Recap:

š§ #1: MICRODOSING WEBINAR SERIES
We launched our live webinar series this year to bring accessible education on microdosing grounded in science, lived experience, and community wisdom. So far, we've welcomed 3K+ attendees across 5 sessions exploring everything from SSRIs vs microdosing to menopause, parenthood, and what the future of microdosing could look like.

š #2: THE MICRODOSING MANUAL
After years of research, community insight, and thoughtful collaboration, we created The Microdosing Manual: a free, step-by-step guide to help you begin or refine your microdosing practice with clarity, confidence, and care. Inside, youāll find the latest in microdosing research, harm-reduction strategies, foundational how-tos, dosage frameworks, and guided reflectionsāall designed to support a practice thatās safe and rooted in intention.

š #3: COMMUNITY ACTIVATIONS
Psychedelic Science 2025 in Denver was magic. Huge love to the 200+ people who came to our After Hours party to support the growing movement for microdosing legalization. And big thanks to PORTAL for co-creating an epic comedy night with Brent Pella + Dennis Walker in their immersive dome. š« Weāre in the midst of creating our next gathering, can you guess what it is?

š¬ #4: OUR FIRST RESEARCH STUDY!
Earlier this year, we launched our first-ever research study on psychedelic use for chronic headaches. Our goal is to better understand how substances like psilocybin and LSD may impact headache frequency, severity, and related symptoms, especially for those navigating conditions like cluster headaches and migraines.
This research is deeply personal for many in our community, and weāre honored to be contributing to a growing body of knowledge that could shift how these conditions are treated in the future.

āļø #5: MICRODOSING ADVOCACY & POLICY
For the remainder of 2025, weāre prioritizing our focus on Oregon, Colorado, New York, and promising developments at the federal level.
Weāre proud of the small but mighty wins so farālike testifying at the Colorado State Natural Medicine Advisory Meeting in January and sharing our Psilocybin Safety Brief with key contacts in the MAHA office.
So much more is coming, but we wanted to take a moment to pause and celebrate how far weāve come together. š„³
