How to Boost Your Microdosing Journey

6 essential add-ons for a more impactful microdosing experience (+ this month's highlights) 🍄

The magic is in the practice

We’re true believers that microdosing is more than the dose, it’s a daily invitation to shift how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.

On its own, it can bring clarity, connection, and emotional lift among many other things. But when paired with intentional habits, the effects can go even deeper. In fact, research shows that those who combine microdosing with supportive practices—like movement, mindfulness, and supplements—report greater long-term benefits for mood, focus, and emotional wellbeing. 🧠

So what can actually amplify a microdosing protocol? Here are our top 6 science-backed practices to enhance your experience and deepen the benefits…

🍄 Functional Mushrooms & Supplements

  • Lion’s Mane & Niacin (Vitamin B3): Shown to support memory, mood, and neurogenesis by stimulating brain cell growth—ideal for those looking to enhance cognitive function.

  • Cordyceps: Can boost physical stamina and improve aerobic performance—great for active days or anyone looking to increase their energy and endurance.

  • Probiotics (Gut-Brain Support): With nearly 90% of the body’s serotonin found in the gut, your microbiome plays a vital role in emotional health. Pairing probiotics with your microdosing routine may help optimize therapeutic benefits and support mood balance.

🌀 Wellness Rituals

  • Meditation: Shown to reduce anxiety and increase mindfulness—perfect for cultivating presence, emotional regulation, and nurturing a calm, focused mind.

  • Movement Practices: Research shows that movement practices (like yoga, dance, stretching) paired with microdosing can boost psychological wellbeing, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and increase openness and body-mind awareness.

  • Journaling: Supports emotional expression, enhances creativity, and helps capture insights during your journey—leading to deeper self-awareness and more meaningful integration.

You don’t need to do all the things. Just choose what supports the version of you you’re stepping into. The medicine meets you where your intention begins. 🍄

🎥 WEBINAR RECORDING: Moms on Mushrooms

We hosted an incredibly potent webinar on April 2nd with Tracey Tee of Moms on Mushrooms, diving into psychedelics and parenting—yes, they can go hand in hand. We explored the growing movement of moms microdosing, how education is shifting the narrative, and what’s ahead for maternal mental health.

🔬 RESEARCH: Our First Study is Now Recruiting!

We’re diving into the science—and you can help. We’re studying how psychedelics like psilocybin and LSD may help with chronic headache relief. If you’ve experienced this (or know someone who has), we’d love for you to participate.

Whether you take it or share it, you’re helping push the science forward. 🙌

Soon, patients with PTSD, depression, addiction, and end-of-life anxiety will be able to legally access psilocybin in a safe, supported therapeutic setting. Another win! 👏
